Happy Thursday from the Chicagoland area - we are having a mix of sleet, rain and snow today and I am so ready for warmer weather! The older I get, the more I crave sunshine, warmth, and the feel of sand between my toes!

For my project I decided to showcase the set, Swallowtail, from the current Spring Catalog. I have seen some wonderful projects done using this set as both a focal point and background accent. I stamped the image onto Whisper White c/s using a black StazOn inkpad. I then colored in the image using Pacific Point, Bashful Blue and Baja Breeze inks. I mixed a drop of Bashful Blue ink with some Dazzling Details to give the image some "dazzle". I also feathered the edges with a VersaMark inkpad and then dipped the edges in Dazzling Diamonds Glitter. More details of what I used are below:
